當在連DB時出現Error且Vendor code是17002

IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

通常是因為Listener沒開

 

1. The Network Adapter could not establish the connection的顯示訊息如下

2. 打開服務找到DB的Listener, 這邊是OracleXETNSListener

3. 滑鼠左鍵點選兩下後, 選擇啟動, 然後按下確定

4. 在服務那頁顯示已啟動, 就可以了
